Calcined gypsum mixed with water and additives are spread in to between two papers then form the required thickness in the press machine and it is shaped according to the width. The material moves though on the belt until the setting process is complete and certain hardness is okay. After setting stage products move on open rollers to cut to the required size.
The cut plates are turned upside down by the transfer arms and sent to the oven shelves doubly by tipple feeder machine. After drying process much moisture on the plates is carried out. The plates from the oven goes to the stacking table to trim the edge of plates in the trimming machine.

- Dry preparation unit; the main material and chemical additives is weighted & dosed to transfer to the mixer for mixing operation.
- Liquid preparation group; the liquids to be dosed into mixture in the mixer are dosed separately.
