There are two type packing machine we have, one of them linear packing machine and other is rotary packing machine. Linear packing machine is using small capacities generally less than 30 tph. More than 30 tph rotary packing machine preferable. Our packing machines filling rate able from 25kg to 50kg bags. Capacity of the machines changed density of the material but we can that 5 – 8 tph.

ROTARY PACKER
Rotary packing machines are used for baging of industrial powders, cement, gypsum, lime etc. There are four types, filling nozle could be 4/6 or 6/6 or 6/8 or 8/8. round of the rotary packer. Each nozle filled the bags in one round. There are many things effected of Capacity of the rotary packing machines which are type of the material, wighing of the bag (25kg to 50 kg) etc.
